This directory is the single source of truth for self-hosted Cytognosis services and the architectural / evaluation reports behind them. All services are orchestrated via the Container Framework using a modular Docker / Podman composition.
The services here support both day-to-day team operations (scheduling, whiteboarding, knowledge management) and the research stack (Neo4j, Jupyter, MLflow). The research stack interlocks tightly with the Data Strategy & Compliance hub — see in particular the sovereign paper library architecture and the scholarly knowledge graph schema.
These documents formally evaluate platforms before they were standardized on.
